Despite good football (considering the strong wind) and the will to win Lunatics FC were not able to become champions. An early goal from Patriots woke us up after , for at least some of us, a heavy party night. A goal from Adri brought us back in the running for the free beer and Gilsboys virtual champion for a while. The match stayed exciting and there were good opportunities on both sides. Finally Patriots found their way to the goal somewhere in the second half. 1-2 it remained and Patriots Champion. Cheers. No man over board for Lunatics FC off course. With a full agenda of events, tournaments and parties it will be again a pleasant and hot summer of love and football.
